Yumeiho therapy

Yumeiho therapy is a healing and balancing manual therapy method from Japan that focuses on restoring the body's natural balance and optimal energy flow. It is based on a deep knowledge of the body's anatomy, meridians and energy lines.Yumeiho therapy uses a variety of techniques including pressure point massage, stretching, joint mobilization and energy balancing. The therapist applies gentle, deep touch to release blockages, improve circulation, and restore the body's natural mobility and health.The aim of this therapy is to relieve physical discomforts such as muscle tension, backaches or headaches, as well as to improve the body's flexibility and mobility. Yumeiho therapy supports the body's ability to heal itself, helps balance the body and mind, and promotes overall well-being.

About

My path started with the decision that I don't want and can't do it anymore. Who am I and why do I react and behave this way and why do other people behave this way? Although at the same time I know that this is not how I want to act or say this. My body and back didn't want to stay together anymore and it hurt.
At some point I was already seeing a chiropractor every week, which was completely out of the ordinary. My self-criticism burned my soul, I overworked myself, thinking only that this sacrifice is for the family and children and a better future for all of us. And as ironic as it may be - today only me and the children remain. There is so much that disappears in life, and if you understand this and the foundation is kept in you, then this impermanence is also normal. We are one whole - all our psychological problems are expressed in our body, we cannot heal if we treat only one part. Yumeiho is one side and there is so much more in us.Our mind and mental health initiates tension in the body and eventually diseases. You can solve them either through the body and reach the psychic ones, or approach through the psyche and reach the physical concerns in the body. Now I know and believe that it is possible to move towards a better and healthier Self. After my back injury, I thought I would be in a wheelchair for the rest of my life, but our fears are always bigger than us.I want to support you too and support your journey, give your best at this very moment. Fortunately, I had just the right people to help me - my decision was just to accept help and move on.
